Gina Gianelli Duel, MS, PA-C, MHA, is a Board Certified PA with twenty years of practice experience in neurosurgery. She specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery at the Hoag Spine Institute in Newport Beach, California, working alongside neurosurgeon Dr. Adam Kanter. Duel holds a Master of Science in PA Studies and a Master of Healthcare Administration. She chairs a committee within the AANS/CNS Joint Section on Disorders of the Spine and Peripheral Nerves, where she also serves as a speaker and course director for the Spine Summit. Outside of her clinical work, Duel is a proud mother, a licensed rotorcraft pilot, and has held leadership roles at Hoag Hospital, contributing to onboarding, billing optimization and EMR integration initiatives.

Dalton Gifford, DMSc, PA-C, CPAAPA, is a Board Certified PA practicing in critical care at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Gifford graduated from the University of Kentucky PA program in 2020, completed a postgraduate critical care medicine residency in 2021 at University of Kentucky HealthCare, and earned his DMSc from the University of Lynchburg in 2022. He is passionate about PA advocacy and education, serving as Vice-President and membership committee chair for the Kentucky Academy of PAs. Gifford also holds a voluntary adjunct assistant professorship for the University of Kentucky PA program.

Harfoot is passionate about mentoring pre-PA students, serves as a preceptor for several PA programs, and contributes as an item writer for PANCE, PANRE, and PANRE-LA exams. She is honored to be a provider, teacher, and supporter, and looks forward to sharing her appreciation for the PA profession.

Originally from Cúcuta, Colombia, Rangel's medical path has been shaped by her experiences as a U.S. immigrant and her commitment to bridging cultural and language gaps in health care. She is actively involved in advocacy and mentorship through Physician Associates for Latino Health (PALH), serving as Director at Large for PR & Membership, overseeing social media and co-chairing the Scholarship Committee. Rangel also enjoys participating in global health efforts, previously taking part in a surgical mission in Honduras. Outside of medicine, she loves traveling, spending time in nature and exploring Tucson's vibrant culture and art scene.

Her passion for medicine began in high school while volunteering at a free clinic. She has lived and worked across the country in various permanent and locum tenens positions, including Michigan, Oregon, Wisconsin, South Carolina, New Hampshire and Idaho. She is passionate about mentoring and training pre-PA students, PA students and PAs, having personally mentored over 200 pre-PA students and precepted four PA students on clinical rotations.
