The REPRESENT! NCCPA Summit is a biennial gathering of physician assistants, PA faculty, PA students, organizational leaders, physicians, and employers dedicated to enhancing the representation of historically underserved groups within the PA profession. The inaugural event was held in September 2022, 2024 and the next Summit will take place September 18–19, 2026, in Atlanta, GA.

The Summit is intended for clinically practicing PAs, PA faculty, leaders of PA organizations, physician, and employers. Invited guests are selected by the REPRESENT! Steering Committee, comprised of representatives from major PA organizations (including AAPA, ARC-PA, NCCPA, PAEA,  African Heritage PA Caucus, nccPA Health Foundation, LGBTQ+ PA Caucus, and PAs for Latino Health).

Through interactive discussions, guided activities, panel sessions, and a poster exhibition, the REPRESENT! NCCPA Summit equips participants to:

• Build and maintain programs and practices that foster equitable access to the PA profession and within PA-employing organizations.
• Create educational and professional environments where all PAs and trainees feel welcomed and empowered.
• Strengthen the PA workforce by improving career pathways and advancing health outcomes in communities that have been historically underserved.
